A great opportunity for an individual with previous sales experience to move into the corporate world.

The ideal individual would have a background in car sales, estate agency, call centre, outbound or inbound sales, but must have a proven track record of working to and achieving targets and being self-motivated.

You will be joining a friendly, busy and social team so having a friendly and outgoing personality is also a must.

** The package includes a basic salary of £28k + excellent earning potential with uncapped OTE,  annual bonus, quarterly bonus on top, excellent pension and private health care **

The Role:

Our client is looking for an individual to join their team, where you will work in a busy and reactive position, liaising with individuals who would like to renew their Finance agreements.

You will use your listening skills to understand the needs of the individuals, to find and offer the best options to them. 

This is not a hard sell position, but a role where you will find satisfaction in hitting your targets by using your call volume experience or previous sales experience to provide a high quality service.
