Medical Receptionist - Part Time

We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our client based in Epsom.

Working in this friendly team you will need to a customer focused individual willing to go that extra mile for patients and have a strong Medical/ Healthcare background.

This is a part time position working Thursdays and Fridays, 9am to 5pm with the flexibility to cover 1 extra day a week when needed to cover absences.

Salary is dependent on experience but will be between £12ph - £13ph.

Duties will include:

• Answering the telephone and transferring calls or taking messages.


• Going out of you way to accommodate appointments where you can


• Being first point of contact for patients coming in and providing excellent customer service at all times


• General filing, archiving and maintaining records of archived files.


• Liaising with clients, chasing outstanding payments 


• Dealing with and ordering stock, stationery and supplies when needed

Please note to be considered you will come from a healthcare/medical background and live locally.
