Compliance Trainer

We are working on an exciting, newly created and pivotal role for one of our longest standing clients.

• Are you a Compliance Specialist, with a background from Financial Services (Consumer Duty, AML, Financial Crime)?


• Would you be interested in moving into a training role, imparting your knowledge, experience and expertise to the wider business?


• Are you keen to take full responsibility for writing, designing and delivering internal training across the business, presenting these to all levels through classroom and e-learning tools?

The Person:

• Person fit is important, you will be hardworking, passionate about your role and above all enjoy building strong relationships with your team and the whole business

• Comfortable working autonomously and lead training on all risk and compliance topics


• You could already have a strong training background and are now keen to use your experience working for a company that generally respects their employees

The Role:

• Help shape the future landscape of compliance training


• Identify, design, develop and deliver financial services training to cover Consumer Duty, AML, Financial Crime, Data Protection, General Data Protection


• Carry out training needs analysis across the business


• Deliver positive and engaging learning interventions


• Collaborate with QA teams and other channels to ensure focus on delivering good customer outcomes and managing risk associated training
