We are looking for assertive, confident individuals to work for our client based in Coulsdon in a busy contact centre.

This role will see you speaking to people are in urgent need of assistance or guidance and acting quickly to help them.

This is a fast-paced role where you will need to be able to remain calm while thinking on your feet. You will need to be able to listen confidently to calls while taking down in-depth details to pass on to relevant departments.

This is a full-time position working either Monday to Friday, day shift OR on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern including days and nights

Paying £20,000 to £25,000

To be considered, you will:

• Have previous experience in a call centre or working with vulnerable people.


• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.


• Ability to retain information and record to a high level.


• Have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
