Lloyd Recruitment Services are recruiting on behalf of a market leading financial services client that are looking to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Manager to lead their telesales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in telesales, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team and monitor performance against these targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and support to enhance the skills and performance of the team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and other key metrics for management review.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Applicant requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in the financial services arena or similarly regulated industry beneficial, not essential.
- Experience with outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and prospecting.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and delivering results.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
