- Description
- We are looking for 3 confident individuals to join our client, where you will assist with the coordination of training sessions, whilst also leading on virtual classrooms.
If you have a desire or keen interest to work in a training related position, or have experience of presenting to individuals these roles could be of interest to you.
With an immediate start, and running until the end of December 2024, you will gain an opportunity to work for a leading technology company.
Working in a team of 10, your overall duties of the role:
Support the creation, delivery, and enhancement of the customer service training programme
Enhancing existing training programs
As a team, identify new strategies to maintain customer’s positive journey with the brand
Skills:
Customer service / contact centre experience
Confident and clear communicator
Flexible to work within both offices (Chertsey & Hampshire)
Fluency in European languages would be advantageous but not essential
