Are you a confident communicator, who isn’t afraid to present to colleagues and stakeholders?
We are seeking two Training Coordinator’s to join our client on an exciting project, which is running initially from March 2024 to December 2024.
Working in a team of 10, your duties will include:
Supporting the creation and delivery of the customer service training programme
Helping to present live and recorded webcasts, virtual classrooms and how-to videos
As a team, look for ways of improving the customer’s positive journey with the brand
Skills:
Customer service / contact centre experience
Confident and clear communicator
Flexible to work within both offices (Chertsey & Hampshire)
Fluency in European languages would be advantageous but not essential
