A newly created position, working for a growing business based in the local area.
Providing full support to the whole office and team, you will need to be highly organised, proactive, a confident communicator and fully IT proficient.
Your support to the office will help the company continue with their future growth goals, and you will have the chance to join a very friendly team.
Package:
£26 – 30k pro rata
25 - 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Personal performance bonus
Relaxed & friendly office environment
Regular socials events, including donuts every Tuesday and team lunch on Fridays
Main Responsibilities:
Providing full administrative support to the team
General upkeep & tidiness of office
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Booking of travel and accommodation for company events
Answering phone and email queries when necessary
Assisting with onboarding new clients, including, drafting client agreements, setting up client direct debit details and managing the provisioning and new customer contact points
Maintaining & updating the CRM system
Organising quarterly team building activities
Assisting with ad-hoc Marketing activities and organising merchandise for events
Organising client anniversary and Christmas gifts
Key Skills:
Proven administrative experience
IT proficient
Enthusiastic, out-going & friendly personality
Strong attention to detail
Values the importance of a customer service
Ability to work in small, friendly but professional office space
