- We are looking for an Administrator to join a multi-award-winning PR and Marketing firm based in Redhill.
This role will see you providing administrative support to the client facing team to ensure a smooth process for all. This is an ideal role for individuals looking to gain experience within a PR/Marketing setting and is an ideal first role to start your career in a supportive and growing company.
Working in the office, Monday to Friday – 9am to 5.30pm. Paying £21,000 - £22,000 DOE
Duties will include:
Completing general administration duties for the team as requested.
Answering inbound calls and directing to appropriate person.
Measuring and recording coverage of campaigns
Mounting press cuttings, pulling together monthly PDF booklets and emailing to clients
Generating and managing advertising schedule and sending to publishers when needed
Liaising closely with publishers and updating team accordingly

Ideal candidate will:
Be a friendly and confident Indvidual with an excellent telephone manner.
Can multi-task and work to set deadlines as well as manage own workload and be able to react quickly and re-prioritise effectively.
Have a good work ethic with the want to learn and grow within the company.
Have good IT skills including experience using Excel, Word and Power Point, knowledge of PROAD would be an advantage.
