- We are excited to be working with a leading company that is seeking a German Speaking Customer Operations Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dynamic individual to become a key member of a successful team.
As a Customer Operations Executive, you will collaborate closely with the internal and external sales teams to identify and develop sales opportunities. Building strong relationships and maximising sales revenue across the German and non-German markets through prospecting and customer engagement.

Role description:
Generate new leads and reach out to potential customers
Build prospect lists through research and various data sources
Respond to inbound sales leads obtained through telephone and online enquiries
Identify decision-makers within target customers through various channels
Schedule meetings with prospective customers to introduce our products and services
Identify prospective customers with needs that align with our offerings
Key duties and responsibilities:
Proactively seek new customers and manage inbound sales enquiries
Utilise your interpersonal skills to discover new sales opportunities
Coordinate with the operations team to address customer enquiries
Provide product guidance and support to customers
Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline opportunities and prospect lists
Previous experience in sales
Experience with relevant products or services is advantageous but not essential
Inside sales experience is also an advantage but not essential
Knowledge and other skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Experience with CRM software is an advantage
Curiosity and interest in relevant technology
Salary £33k depending on experience
