- Client Coordinator – Insurance
Contract: 3 months initially (with the potential of extension)
Salary: £15 - £20 per hour DOE
Hours: Part time - 21 hours per week
Your role will involve taking care of multinational client’s day to day needs and assisting with new and existing business.
What you'll be doing:
Help implement the annual service plan for each Multinational client.
Manage renewal data and collection.
Contribute to strategy meetings with clients, brokers, and insurers.
Monitor and meet agreed-upon performance targets with insurers, such as local policy issuance, premium collection, and cash flow.
Handle premium allocations, ensuring they meet local standards and tariffs.
Coordinate network fees and instructions for group programs.
Handle certificate requests for overseas operations.
Collect and summarise local policy details to ensure compliance with group risk policies.
Provide advice on insurance regulations and practices.
Offer information on global program structures and insurer capabilities.
Troubleshoot various issues, including mid-term changes, premium collection, and claims.
To excel in this role, you should ideally have:
Strong IT (Microsoft Office) and data analysis skills
A deep understanding of insurance and / or underwriting
Excellent communication skills
A professional manner when dealing with internal and external contacts.
Proven experience in delivering excellent client service.
Experience in working with client service systems.
