- Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a leading food manufacturer who are expanding! They are looking to recruit Warehouse and Factory staff to start immediately.
The Roles:
Currently they are recruiting within the Warehouse and the Factory.
Warehouse role:
Pick and pack product based on packing slips
Pack orders into appropriate box or crate as appropriate for the customer
Meet specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
Keep appropriate records of products sent
Keep products separated, organised and in good rotation
Operate various pieces of equipment
Report any mechanical problems
Follow good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
Factory role:
Accurate weighing out of ingredients according to the recipes
Monitor ingredients during weighing process for quality and foreign bodies
Keep accurate records of ingredient batches used in each recipe
Neatly put food into correct packaging according to the product
Put correct sleeve / label onto the product
Stack products into crates to keep the product in good condition
Experience and skills required:
Ideally you will have a background working within a factory or warehouse environment (not essential).
Salary up to £22,800
Permanent role working Monday – Friday only
7am-4pm (plus hour break)

28 days annual leave
