- Description
- We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join and small and friendly team within the education sector based in Reigate.
Working closely with the recruitment managers and directors, this role will see you playing a crucial part in recruiting for a number of schools in the local area as well as being responsible for all compliance and completing the onboarding process and administration tasks to follow.
You will be the first point of contact to offer advice and guidance in line with company policies and procedures and deal with all employment matters through the employee lifecycle. This is an extremely varied position that will see you supporting managers with employee relations, HR management, Recruitment and more.
This role will be Monday to Friday, over 42 weeks per year (term time plus an additional 3 weeks)
Working between 30-36 hours per week, hours are flexible.
The full-time equivalent salary for this role is £29,291 to £31,810. The pro rata annual salary starts from £23,000 depending on hours and experience.
Ideal candidate will:
Be a fast learner happy to hit the ground running and help out where needed.
Have a positive attitude to personal development and professional growth.
Must have a Full driving licence as some travel to sites will be required.
Must have experience of providing HR advice, guidance and support to managers and leaders at all levels.
Must have experience of managing all aspects of employee relations
Ideally have CIPD Level 3 but not essential
