Brand new opportunity available with an expanding company near Horsham.
Do you have sound experience of working in SQL and databases, and previously worked with external B2B customers on a regular basis.?
We are targeting someone with an analytical background, combined with delivering exceptional customer experience.
You’ll be working in a small team, but within a wider department, and you’ll need to be happy working in a hands-on environment, where individuals are encouraged to share information and assist others in gaining more experience.
You’ll be happy to handle the following tasks:
Conducting investigations to identity, collect, and migrate data accordingly.
Database managing, cleansing, and clearing.
Potential for some database restructuring and implementing of improvements.
Design and build reports and dashboards according to client specifications.
Interact with colleagues and clients in a non-technical manner when needed, to ensure everyone is aware of any updates, changes, future adjustments.
Enhancing the knowledgebase and sharing internal knowledge through regular catchups across the business and divisions
Foster collaboration between Helpdesk/Engineering and Development teams
Report and present findings and insights to senior management and MD.
Skills/qualifications will include:
A degree or diploma in computer science, information systems, or a related field is ideal.
Knowledge of database systems, such as SQL, Oracle, etc and knowledge of Visual Studio software would be a distinct advantage.
Use of data analysis tools, such as Excel, R, Python, Tableau, etc. are required.
Ability to write clear and concise SQL queries and scripts.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Communication and collaboration skills with developers, users, and stakeholders

£45,000 – 50,000 (dependent upon experience)
Mon-Fri
Office based 5 days a week
9.00am-5.30pm
