- Lloyd Recruitment Services is collaborating with a prominent organisation in the Heathfield area who are currently seeking an Administration Assistant on a fulltime, permanent basis. This role holds significant importance within an established and forward-thinking company.

Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
The role:
As a valuable member of a dynamic team, consisting of three field engineers, you will play an integral role in facilitating the smooth operations of the company.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
Drafting job certificates
Managing engineer job reports
Coordinating job bookings
Overseeing engineer calendars
Procuring necessary parts and equipment
Engaging with customers regarding service work
Additional administrative tasks
Processing purchase invoices and conducting bank reconciliations using Xero
Managing credit control functions
Skills & experience required:
A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
GCSE English with a grade of C or higher
Proficiency in computer operations with acute attention to detail
Previous experience in service administration and/or customer service is advantageous
Prior experience in accounts administration is preferred, although training can be provided to suitable candidates
Credit control demands a professional, respectful, and confident approach
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
