Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services is collaborating with a prominent organisation in the Heathfield area who are currently seeking an Administration Assistant on a fulltime, permanent basis. This role holds significant importance within an established and forward-thinking company.

The role:

 

As a valuable member of a dynamic team, consisting of three field engineers, you will play an integral role in facilitating the smooth operations of the company.

 

Your responsibilities will encompass:

 



  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email


  • Drafting job certificates


  • Managing engineer job reports


  • Coordinating job bookings


  • Overseeing engineer calendars


  • Procuring necessary parts and equipment


  • Engaging with customers regarding service work


  • Additional administrative tasks


  • Processing purchase invoices and conducting bank reconciliations using Xero


  • Managing credit control functions


 

Skills & experience required:

 



  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience


  • GCSE English with a grade of C or higher


  • Proficiency in computer operations with acute attention to detail


  • Previous experience in service administration and/or customer service is advantageous


  • Prior experience in accounts administration is preferred, although training can be provided to suitable candidates


  • Credit control demands a professional, respectful, and confident approach


  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
