Temporary Contract: 3 months
Pay Rate: £15 per hour
Location: Wincham
Join our client’ dynamic IT support team as an IT Helpdesk Engineer (First Line Support). You'll handle internal IT tickets for various applications, including Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve diverse IT enquiries promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the IT support team to provide global colleague support.
Perform essential administration tasks for ticket management and IT reporting services.
Requirements:
Experience in handling multiple task workloads and high volume IT enquiries.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Adaptability to a team-oriented environment and effective collaboration.
Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
