- Would you be interested in joining an established company, who are looking to increase their customer service and administration teams?
What we’re looking for:
Role 1 requires a high level of administration tasks, which needs a great deal of attention to detail and you’ll need to enjoy sourcing and managing clients orders and finding results to any issues that arise.
Role 2 will be a support role to the sales department, and you’ll be involved in all aspects from initial calls and online routes, to ensure that customer orders met, and that customers leave happy at the end of the experience.
For both roles you’ll need to like working in a busy team, with the ability to also undertake solo tasks with little supervision after full training.
Experience of using Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook, and the ability to pick up new systems, as they use an in-house CRM system for recording all activities on a day to day basis.
