- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading manufacturing company on the outskirts of East Grinstead who are in search of 2 Production Operative's to join their team. One of the roles will be a fulltime temporary assignment until the end of August, however, we are also looking for someone on a temp to perm basis.
Pay rate: Temp to Perm hourly rate £10.50 to £11.50 per hour

Our client, a leading manufacturer of quality products who is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Production Operative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality products using the latest technology and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to health and safety protocols and receive proper training in the use of machines and tools.
Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working order and ready for use in a timely manner.
Perform various tasks within the production process, including aluminium profile cutting, aluminium assembly, accessory picking, glass packing, aluminium profile packing, and dispatch.
Follow manufacturing schedules, measurements, and technical drawings.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
Requirements:
Evidence of sound level of general education, including GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
Previous experience working in a manufacturing or product assembly environment.
Good working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to follow manufacturing schedules, measurements, and technical drawings.
Reliable, trustworthy, and able to remain calm under pressure.
The task requires the ability to understand dimensions and angles as the profiles are joined at several angles to form a complete the product.
Cutting machines are used to cut profiles to the required dimensions as well as cut angle sections.
£10.50 - £11.50 per hour
Must be a driver due to location
