Location: Reigate
Work Type: 3 month temporary contract – With the potential of moving into a permanent role
Salary: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Support Services Team Leader to join our leading Financial Services client, to oversee the reprographics and mailroom services in their Reigate and Redhill branches.
This is not your average leadership role! You'll be the driving force behind maintaining impeccable standards, fostering a culture of excellence, and motivating a talented team.
The Role:
Manage day-to-day reprographics and mailroom operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and maintaining quality standards
Lead by example in delivering a professional service, tailoring it to meet client requirements
Serve as the main point of contact for escalated client inquiries or concerns
Ensure strict compliance with operational processes and procedures
Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and stock monitoring
Cultivate a friendly and inclusive environment for both team members and clients
Uphold and promote adherence to health and safety practices
Prioritise and exceed agreed SLAs, striving for continuous improvement using Lean Sigma techniques
Manage operational equipment issues and support maintenance requests
Provide regular service performance updates to clients during monthly business reviews
Conduct appraisals and create development plans for the team members
Oversee third-party suppliers within the service supply chain
Collaborate with procurement by providing knowledge and feedback for contract renewals or tenders
The Ideal Individual:
2-5 years of proven team management experience
Expertise in reprographics and mail services
Track record of implementing a cross-skilled workforce
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work flexibly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Effective staff management, delegation, and issue resolution capabilities
Demonstrated ability to see the bigger picture and enhance service delivery
