- Are you a qualified Locksmith fed up with being called out at all hours? Are you looking for a role with more job security?
If so, then we have the role for you
We are looking for an experienced Locksmith to join a well-established company based in Reigate. This position will see you mainly on the road in the company van attending to customers in and around Reigate and with some travelling into London. These will all be pre booked appointments - no call outs.
The rest of your time will be based on site in Reigate where you will assist with carrying out day to day key cutting, giving advice to customers and responding to queries by email or face to face.
Working on a 2-week rota you will work 5 weekdays and then 4 weekdays and a Saturday (max 2 Saturdays per month)
Paying up to £38,000pa DOE
Ideal candidate will:
Have a full UK driver’s license.
Be a customer focused individual with an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
Have the ability to work quickly and efficiently and report back any problems or faults.
Have experience in all aspects of locksmithing including Intercom and access control repairs, fitting of new locks to wooden, upvc and aluminium doors, opening of all door types without damage and NDE and diagnose and repair locks to upvc, wooden and composite doors.
Be able to cut all types of keys and to pin cylinders to master key standard.
Install new fire doors (cut to size) and fit related hardware and service and install fire exit hardware.
Be able to service aluminium doors and replace transom closer and other parts.
