Description
Recruitment Administrator

 

PAYE £13.29 to £17.50 p/hr (equivalent to £25,500 - £34,000)

Weekly pay

12-month contract initially

Pension enrolment

Flexible working (3-4 days in the office)

Mon to Friday (early finish on a Friday)

33 days holiday

 

You’ll be working alongside the hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team as an administrator, and ensure that full support to recruitment activities and candidate relationships are maintained at all stages.

 

Key areas of responsibility will include:



  • Assisting in recruitment campaigns


  • Scheduling telephone, video and face-to-face interviews


  • Communicating with candidates


  • Liaising with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand recruitment needs across all roles, and improving overall awareness of each position


  • Involvement in projects as they arise


 

Key skills needed:



  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel


  • Previous project working experience - ability to work within tight deadlines, identifying problems and relevant issues in non-routine situations in a structured environment


  • Must be proactive and demonstrate ability to multi-task, prioritise work and manage own time referring only new or unusual problems to supervisor


  • To be able to complete recurring assignments independently selecting the most appropriate method or approach to do so within prescribed limits of authority


  • Good attention to detail


  • Highly approachable with the ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team acting as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience


  • Good interpersonal skills required to develop effective relationships at all levels


  • Must be enthusiastic, helpful, motivated, reliable and hard working


  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment


  • Discretion and the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
