We are looking for a highly-motivated and methodical Business Analyst to join the Development team the Customer Satisfaction Office.
This is an exciting and varied role where you will play a vital role in improving customer experience.
You will be responsible for reviewing User Stories created by the Product Owner and making sure that it meets the acceptance criteria, anticipating and analysing customer needs to find solutions, and organising the Product Backlog based on prioritisation.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in business information systems or related field, strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of user experience (UX) principles, and experience with software development life-cycle. You will have an understanding of Agile/Scrum, excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
