- UX Designer
We are looking for a UX Designer to join our newly formed development team.
This team is responsible for providing ongoing support to European subsidiaries for continuous improvements across digital channels. As the UX Designer, you will be pivotal to improving customer experience (CX) across Europe.
Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate existing sites and products for usability and work with clients and colleagues to plan and implement new UX projects.
Additionally, you will develop personas, user stories, and other resources that capture users’ needs; use specialist software to create mock-ups and prototypes; organize and run user testing; and make recommendations and planning changes based on user feedback.
In addition, you will be expected to identify improvement opportunities from the current Sprint and agree on any possible improvements for the next Sprint. You will also need to communicate key insights and findings to the product team and explore and implement other ways to gather and incorporate users’ feedback.
