We are currently recruiting a motivated Scrum Master to join our newly formed development team.
You will be working with stakeholders across Europe in the translation of customer needs into design solutions. You will also be responsible for the overall CX design process between the international headquarters and the regional offices.
You must be capable of understanding customer needs, identifying areas for improvement, developing business requirements, and specifying product functionality and design.
Day to day duties:
Manage each project’s scope, timeline, and sprints as well as retrospective and daily stand-up meetings.
Coach team members in Agile frameworks to ensure effective internal communication and collaboration and act as a point of contact for external communications.
Work with product owners to prioritise and handle backlogs and new requests, resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and ensure quality deliverables at the end of each sprint.
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity, build a productive environment, and troubleshoot and correct front-end website and application related issues.
Attend daily scrum meetings, provide inputs on the creation of User Stories, update Burndown Charts, Scrum Boards, and Impediment Logs.
Facilitate improvement opportunities from current Sprints and participate in Prioritized Product Backlog Review and Project Retrospective Meetings.
