- Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity with a specialist HVAC company located on the outskirts of Crawley. We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Engineer/Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Position: Technical Engineer/Specialist
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)
Reports to: Operations Director
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week)
Role and responsibilities:
As an experienced Technical Engineer/Specialist, you will take the lead on various technical aspects, including:
Creating detailed drawings and designs using CAD and SolidWorks software
Conducting heat loss and gain calculations for CAT A and CAT B design works
Utilising your expertise in HVAC systems to make informed selections and recommendations
Demonstrating proficiency in HVAC technical pre-sales activities
Collaborating with the sales team to prepare quotes, specifications, and supporting documents
Providing technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring effective communication and coordination with customers throughout the sales process
Utilising your problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues
If you have extensive experience in technical engineering, proficiency in CAD and SolidWorks, and a strong background in HVAC technical pre-sales, we would love to hear from you.
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000
