Our very established client, are expanding their finance department further, with the addition of an Billings Associate.
You’ll be joining as a senior within the team of two Billings Administrators, and working alongside the Billings / Finance Managers, you’ll be liaising across 3 offices in the UK to ensure that the activities of the billings team run as quickly, accurately and smoothly as possible for clients and stakeholders.
The Role:
Ensure a smooth billing process for all customers and connections
Utilise billing software to maximise the efficiency of the whole process
Report and analyse to ensure accurate billing
Support all departments with their billing requirements
Communications via phone calls, email, and post
Update and maintain customer information within our databases
Provide professional customer service for all billing queries
Escalate queries and concerns when necessary
Ensure all procedures are compliant
Complete various ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Able to work to targets and to deadlines
Enjoy taking ownership and responsibility
Previous aBILLity systems experience is a preference, although if alternative systems have been used within a billing environment, they can cross train.
Experience gained from within the telecoms industry is an advantage
