Business Services and Team Administrator

 



  • Do you have excellent administration and coordination skills, combined with being happy to chat to customers on the phone and occasionally face to face?


  • Are you a bit of a whiz on Excel, do you enjoy inputting, managing and collating information and running both standard and ad hoc reports on a daily and weekly basis?


  • Happy to work in a team of 5 - being the initial point of contact for everyone, keeping the office running and organising all everyday activities, to free up the manager?


 

We need to find someone with the above skills, and definitely computer savvy on Excel at intermediate level, as you’ll be using this on a daily basis, as nearly all their figure, accounts, invoicing and sales activities are logged and monitored on Excel.

 

Being a regulated business, various guidelines and legal requirements need to be met, you’ll need to be happy working in quite a methodical way on some tasks, to keep any errors to an absolute minimum.

 

You’ll be working closely with the Manager, keeping one step ahead for meetings and updates to help free them up to generate more business opportunities. You’ll also have visitors to the site from other offices and business divisions, and with business getting busier and busier, you’ll be looking forward to the expansion and development plans they have place. 

 

Being the first point of contact, you’ll need to be a confident communicator, happy with meeting and greeting, taking calls and generally mucking in and rolling up sleeves to help each other out and meet deadlines.

  • £27-30,000 (dependent on experience)


  • Upto 12.5% bonus (based on personal and business performance)


  • Private Medical Insurance


  • 5% pension contribution


  • Mon – Fri (37.5 hour working week) flexible start from 8-4.30 or 8.30-5pm


  • Free parking
