Rare opportunity to join an established company, in a support role to the Account Manager and recruitment team.
Ideally, you’ll have some recruitment experience gained from agency / in house / human resources environment, combined with strong administration skills. You’ll also be keen and looking forward to ongoing training.
Getting involved in the whole recruitment lifecycle you’ll be sourcing candidates both on-line, over the phone and virtually, carrying out initial screening, writing and proofing adverts, setting up interviews, building relationships and generally supporting the Account Manager as required to achieve targets and deadlines.
Key skills and experience:
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Computer literate including Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using the telephone and speaking to candidates about opportunities
