- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be recruiting for a Senior Compliance Administrator for a leading business on the outskirts of East Grinstead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role where no two days are the same.
The successful candidates will act as the primary point of contact for a small number of clients, you will be responsible for managing their requirements and expectations in regard to their Health and Safety and Fire Safety obligations.
Key responsibilities:
Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure client KPIs are consistently being met
Serve as the main point of contact to your key accounts
Manage the timely and efficient return of reports from all sub-contractors
Perform a technical and proof-reading review of the key clients reports
Deliver reports to key account clients on a daily basis
Invoice key account reports on a monthly basis
Lead monthly or quarterly review meetings with key accounts
Respond to technical enquiries sent via the info@ email address
Assist with the technical review of reports that are not for your key accounts
Format and send other reports that are not your key accounts
Provide feedback on reports to the assessors, sub-consultants and new starter assessors
Key skills:
Nebosh Certificate in Fire Safety (essential)
Keen eye for detail
Time management skills
Awareness of clients' needs
Strong communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
Understanding of database management
What’s in it for you:
£35,000 depending on experience
