Our client is highly respected in their field and provide sustainable solutions for both recyclable and non-recyclables in London. Their mission to promote a greener and cleaner environment by providing reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions to their customers.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Sales Support Administrator to join their team. You will play a key role in supporting the team deliver excellent customer service to their customers.
Responsibilities:
Assist the manager's in all elements of the business, particularly in recycling commodities sales and procurement, as well as checks and proper mapping of compliance documents and audit trails.
Manage all Duty of Care paperwork, check against weighbridge entries, raise any issues as needed, file once completed, and archive on a regular basis.
Data entry and management of the purchase ordering system, as well as the ability to communicate with important stakeholders and suppliers as needed
Help with all queries from Local Authorities and commercial customers until they are resolved.
Maintain a thorough awareness of the relevant legislation
Ideally you will have:
Previous experience in a similar sales support role would be advantageous
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
A strong interest in sustainability and environmental issues
