- Description
For this role, we need someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and is passionate about customer service.
You will be the first point of contact for all clients who need assistance with their product or service, assisting with any technical queries or user issues.
Being able to build a rapport and being keen to personally understand the products, you will advise on any possible processes.
Escalating when necessary, you will always ensure a positive experience at all times.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is hardworking and professional, but also outgoing and keen to learn.
The Finer Details:
Monday - Friday (9am - 5.30pm)
£20-£23k salary
