Customer Care Coordinator
We are looking for an individual with a strong background within customer service for our client based in Epsom who are the highest rated online retailer in their industry.
This is going to a be a hands-on role working closely with the busy warehouse and sales team as the first point of contact for all customer queries and issues and offering all aspects of after sales support. You will be joining a small and friendly team who have a real passion for what they do.
In this varied and reactive role, you will be responsible for:
Answering all inbound calls and emails from customers and resolving issues to the best of your ability by troubleshooting and advising or passing to the technical team where this is not possible
Arranging spare parts to be couriered out where necessary or booking site visits for repairs etc. and ensuring customers and delivery/ service notes are up to date
Liaising with suppliers and couriers and updating customers accordingly
This is going to be an office-based role Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
Salary is dependent on experience but will be between £23,000 to £26,000.
The ideal candidate will:
Be a confident and friendly individual with an excellent telephone manner
Be a quick learner with ability to absorb technical product information
Must be happy to work as part of a team but also be able to work independently when needed
Previous experience within a customer service role is a must, ideally with some knowledge of complaints
