- Service Coordinator
We are looking for an organised Coordinator with a min of 3 years experience in a busy varied administration support role, to join our client in their very busy first quarter of 2023.
Working as part of this busy team, you’ll be organising both service and maintenance activities, as well as keeping clients up to date with any breakdown emergency calls – organising for experienced colleagues to either discuss over the phone or attend site.
Ensuring that all paperwork is available pre and post visit, ordering parts, quoting for repairs, working alongside warranty documents for claims with manufacturers.
Liaising with various internal departments including purchasing and accounts teams, as well as manufacturers directly.
