Ideally, you will have gained experience in Logistics, Projects, or Freight Forwarding. However, if you have a strong administrative background and want to work for a company that does business all over the world, this could be the role for you.
In your role, your essential duties will include:
Making preparations for Department Managers' travel
Under supervision, assists in conducting some research, managing paperwork, and gathering data for reports
Provide assistance in other processes or procedures as asked by the Manager
Assist in the production of audit information, maintenance, and the processing of correspondence for the department
The Individual:
Strong communication skills
Able to work under pressure, to meet deadlines
Assume the responsibility for specific office functions, under your own initiative
To work harmoniously with the team
Numerical thinker
Planning & organisational skills - Plans work activities to meet objectives, prioritises work activities, maintains work material in an easily retrievable fashion, and manages time effectively
