This role would suit:
Someone with around 2 years experience as an Administrator within a busy sales team.
A client focused and positive telephone speaker.
Able to multi-task accordingly, to each client and customer call – actioning each request/order/delivery accurately on the database
Confident, outgoing and adaptable – someone who enjoys working under pressure with high customer service standards.
Exposure to finance, wholesale, distribution or FMCG environment would be extremely advantageous to some of the tasks you’ll be undertaking.
Very confident in using Microsoft applications – Excel in particular due to price and invoice activities
Someone happy to work in a small but growing business, and the benefits that can be gained from working for an independently owned company.
