- Transport / Flight Coordinator
You’ll be working alongside 4 teams, ensuring that each and every customer is supported fully, by coordinating transport and travel arrangements via internal contacts as well as external suppliers. Main duties will cover:
Produce transport quotes – air, coach and rail
Manage pricing flights
Secure and confirm availability and bookings processes
Maintain accurate records for all parties on in-house system.
What you’ll be able to offer:
Proven understanding of delivering exceptional customer service
Experience of working within airline / travel industry supply side
Ability to resolve problems, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work under own initiative, and essentially as part of a wider team
Strong analytical and IT skills across Microsoft products
Ability to follow procedures and willingness to learn
Strong time management awareness and ability to prioritise workload and be highly organised
It’d be great if you also have:
Knowledge of an additional language other than English, such as French or German
Driving licence
Destination knowledge in particular Europe and USA
CRB certificate – all employees are required to hold a current/qualifying certificate (there is no charge for a new or updated check for the successful individual if applicable).
Salary / Benefits:
Salary: £20-25,000
Team incentive scheme
Company pension contribution (rising to 5% after 2 years)
25 days holiday
Monday to Friday
