- Lloyd Recruitment Services are excited to be working alongside the NHS, to find an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work at a local Medical Centre based in the local area.
You would ideally be available full-time, but they will also consider 30 hours per week for the right individual.
Salary Range: £50k - £60k (dependant on experience).
The Role:
Your main responsibility as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, will be to share the workload and responsibility with General Practitioners to ensure a seamless delivery of care within the Practice.
You will be required to diagnose, discharge or refer independently while autonomously managing Chronic Disease with the support of GP’s. Making assessments of physical, psychological and social needs, implementing agreed management plans with patients including appropriate prescribing and referrals all while ensuring systems are kept up to date and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
We are looking for someone with a medical qualification, so you could be a registered nurse, paramedic or clinical pharmacist.
Essential:
Professional qualification as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner
Previous experience in similar role
To be an Independent Prescriber
To carry out triage.
Excellent communication skills, including listening
Strong organisation skills and observational skills
