- A rare opportunity to join a client based in the charity sector, who support the homeless and helps find and secure them temporary and longer-term accommodation.

We are looking for an individual to work initially in a six month temporary contract, where you will join the Property Management team and lead a team of four to ensure accommodation is available to those needing it.
Handling daily requests, you must enjoy working to targets and deadlines, and have a sense of responsibility to source and secure further properties, by liaising directly with local authorities and private landlords, building strong professional relationships.
The Individual:
Team leadership / supervisory experience
Experience of conducting performance reviews and 1:1’s
Quick learner who has the ability to think on their feet
Good communicator, both verbal and written.
Previous experience managing a team of at least 4
Previous Planning and Project management experience
Continuous improvement
Hourly Rate: £16 - £17.50 per hour
Six-month contract
