Monday to Friday role 8:30 – 5pm (some additional hours during busy periods)

The Role:
This is a varied role, serving customers. You will get involved in all the warehouse activities including, picking, packing and managing stock control systems. 50% of the role involves use of the counterbalance forklift, warehouse management and goods in and goods out management. The other 50% of the role would be operating the machinery on the production line.
Key responsibilities:
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
Sorting through stock
Moving supplies to storage areas
Picking and packing orders
Dealing with customers
Maintaining a clean and tidy working area and ensure that a good level of Health and Safety standards are maintained
Requirements:
A full, clean driving licence – own transport is essential due to location
Counterbalance forklift experience advantageous
Previous warehouse experience, management experience desirable but not essential
Previous experience within engineering / production desirable but not essential
Happy with heavy lifting and manual handling
Good organisational and planning skills
Willingness to adopt flexible work patterns when required to meet business needs
