Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a growing business on the outskirts of Burgess Hill who are in search of a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team.

 

Reporting to the Operations Director, this role will manage a large remote team that works across the billings area of the business. Initially you will lead team of 10 that will grow in time and be responsible for managing all aspects of the billing processes, liaising with senior management team to manage successful platform and billing transparency - Projects, Solutions delivery, Finance, Third parties and customers.

 

The bulk of the team is based overseas but there will also be some based in the UK office as the business grows. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing successful remote teams with the support on the teams’ supervisors.

 

Skills

 



  • Experienced Manager / Leader - ideally in financial/insurance/admin sector


  • Experienced with remote management


  • Ideally high level of Excel skill with large datasets (VLOOKUP / formulae, Pivot tables, Charts)


  • Lean/continuous improvement experience


  • Ideally some Microsoft Access/ODBC/SQL but appreciate that's a rare commodity


  • Experience of ISO9001 but not essential


  • Experience managing overseas would be advantageous
