If so, then we have the role for you.
We are currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our client based in Kingston.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant your role will include sourcing candidates, dealing with any advert responses and incoming general enquiries taking as much detail as possible, CV searching job boards, building and adding to your LinkedIn profile and using it for basic marketing. After training you will become more engaged with candidate conversations, interviewing candidates over the phone or virtually, selling jobs to candidates, taking client calls, advertising roles on your LinkedIn profile and job boards and becoming more proactive as you move into your role as a consultant.
Monday to Friday, 8.30am till 6pm.
Paying up to £21,000 - £25,000 + Commission
The individual:
Be Self-Motivated and target driven
Have great interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong client relationships
Be ambitious, with the want to learn and progress within the company
Previous experience in sales or customer service would be an advantage
