Description
A new position has emerged within our clients New Business department. With the opening of this position, we are looking for someone who will be responsible for ensuring that phone calls from the company's introducers are answered professionally and within the service level agreement.

 

But first…the PERKS:



  • £23,500 – £28,000 per annum dependent on experience


  • Excellent benefits package plus annual bonus earnings

You will be part of a team that is in charge of dealing with and responding to a wide range of queries, as well as transferring inbound calls to the appropriate teams within New Business and other Operational Departments.

 

But what exactly is the role?



  • Handling inbound telephone queries from supporting dealers and internal sales staff


  • Giving appropriate advice in order to resolve dealer queries or requests


  • Liaison with dealers, field personnel, and other business areas


  • Managing all incoming mail and the department mailbox in accordance with the SLA


  • Assisting with the review and approve/decline of credit proposals within individual approved credit authority


  • Dealing with or escalating any identified risks in relation to the company’s risk policies and/or legislative and regulatory guidelines in accordance with the risk framework


 

What is expected of you?



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


  • IT proficient


  • A team player, whilst also being able to work autonomously


  • A strong desire to progress


  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines


  • Able to build strong, meaningful business relationships
