Full and Part Time Opportunities available in central Reigate
We are delighted to be partnering again with an independently owned retail company, who are recruiting a number of new colleagues to work from their ever-expanding Reigate head office.
Full time: Up to £27k (dependent upon experience) - Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch
Part time: £21,600 for 30 hours (ideally 6 hours a day Mon-Fri)
These positions would suit professional and experienced Administrators, with exposure to sales office activities.
Confident liaising with clients over the phone and in live chat, checking stock availability, processing orders, updating client accounts/finance records for future invoicing, checking deliveries and chasing updates on stock for customers throughout the UK.
The ideal candidate will possess a client focused and positive telephone manner, combined with the ability to multi-task accordingly, to each client and customer call.
You will be a team player, able to work on your own initiative. Outgoing and adaptable, for the variety of calls, enquiries and tasks required of the role. Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining high customer service standards.
Administration experience from a finance, wholesale, distribution or FMCG environment would be extremely advantageous.
