- Global Recruitment Marketing Lead
We need a confident, proactive, strategic, resilient and flexible individual to join as Lead on several Global Recruitment campaigns for a company operating in over 140 countries, targeting individuals at all levels to expand their current 44,000 employee base.
It is a fantastic opportunity to expand your expertise in a wide range of disciplines, from social media, to inclusion and diversity, content creation (video and written) as well as candidate experience and data.
You’ll be responsible for taking the Lead in their Global Recruitment Marketing team, working alongside the Global Head of Branding, as well as being a guidance point for early careers and experienced hires, on a number of short and long term campaigns.
To enable you to hit the ground running and get fully up to speed with the longest project (2½ years) and shorter term (8-10 projects currently in the pipeline), we need:
Previous experience of Marketing Global Recruitment Campaigns
Content creation
Social media management
External employer brand guardianship
Localisation
Project management
