Benefits Administrator

 

** £11.50 per hour ** Initially a 3 month temporary contract ** Friendly team and working environment **

 

In this position, you will be in charge of processing and maintaining all databases related to membership and client administration, while working within our client's Health and Benefits team.

 

Your role will be to successfully update and maintain accurate and up to date information for all of the business’ scheme members, whilst adhering to privacy and confidentiality procedures.

 

In order to respond to all client enquiries in a timely manner, you must consistently update the in-house system with any notes or changes requested by the client or colleague.

 

Experience:



  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is advantageous


  • Insurance knowledge would be beneficial


  • Strong communication skills


  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines


  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic


  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy
