This project team are responsible for the management, development and alignment of all digital channels and customer service touchpoints on product and online shop support.
We are seeking an innovative technical individual with a passion for all things digital who can lead with the development of new technologies within the business Community.
The technical lead is responsible for day-to-day operational running of the platform, working with HQ or the vendor to fix technical issues and bugs promptly, and escalating as required.
You will liaise directly with external agencies and internal teams to make sure that these plans align with wider business priorities.
Duties:
Work with external agencies and internal teams to design, develop and deliver on requested changes.
Implement web pages, applications, web parts, and assets on the Khoros platform using a working knowledge of, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Ensure alignment across company App and continually looking for improvement opportunities
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules in order to achieve goals.
Liaising with team members, management, and clients
Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans
Analysing existing operations, scheduling training sessions & meetings to discuss improvements.
Keeping on top of industry trends and developments.
Reporting of performance and analytics data.
Skills:
Front End Web Development
CMS
Khoros experience desirable
Mobile and Social Media API knowledge
Project experience desirable
Confident communicator
