** Ongoing Temporary Assignment ** Hourly Rate to Reflect Experience **

** European Visit in August 2022 **
Our client is an innovative and recognised brand name who are going through an exciting time of drive, development and growth.
You will be responsible for driving key communications and employee engagement across all areas of the business in the UK, Europe and Africa. Working on specific projects these will include:
Employee HUB
Company rewards and announcements
Employee engagement
Responsibilities:
Develop, plan and implement employee communications that brings to life our clients vision, values and culture to employees
Create thoughtful, creative campaigns that drive engagement across diverse & international groups of employees
Use new and innovative ideas to help the business communicate more effectively
Multi-media content creation for communications channels, both internal and external
Ensure the communications are on brand and compliant with regulatory guidelines e.g. GDPR
Track communications campaign engagement, learn and develop approaches to ensure communications are continually optimised for success
Be an active part of a global network of communications professionals to work together to deliver aligned and engaging best practice communications
Develop effective networks and relationships at all levels in the business to influence and provide communication leadership and advice
Work closely with areas of the business to ensure efficient use of existing platforms i.e., Teams and The Hub
Liaise with respective teams to ensure communication channels are considered as part of the business’ expansion plans. Fostering a positive employee experience for anyone joining e.g. new country development, M&A’s
Key Projects:
Manage ‘The Hub’ working closely with specific areas of the business and using analytics to develop it to its full potential. Providing a seamless and engaging user experience, driving engagement to ensure it becomes ‘the’ communications platform
Work with the HR Manager to project manage the creation and implementation of their Pan-E Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition to support talent attraction and retention across all business entities
Project management of the Pan-E employee engagement survey including supplier relationship, roll out of annual and ad-hoc surveys and providing insights and recommendations
Any other duties as required
