Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of their leading clients, a FTSE250 financial services organisation, that seek a Product Support Co-Ordinator to facilitate the technical support for their clients and internal departments with regards to their shared software system.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the running of the helpdesks and with the system administration.
Complete remote installs, reinstalls and extractor maintenance.
Assist with the administration of the helpdesk.
Complete staff training and inductions.
Assist with client charging and ensuring that all client queries are reviewed and resolved (whenever possible) within 24 hours.
Supporting business during incident management.
Provide testing and UAT testing support
Provide change “go live” testing support
Assist with supplier management issues, actively managing any issues escalated
Skills & Experience
The client seeks applicants with previous customer service experience, as well as some experience in, or a keen interest in IT.
The role could suit an IT graduate seeking their first career based experience.
It is essential that applicants possess the following attributes/skills:

Being able to work within a team & as an individual
Attention to detail & accuracy
Good PC (Outlook, Word, Excel) and technical skill (training will be provided).
