HR Administrator

 

** Ipswich ** £15 per hour ** 3 Month Temporary Contract Initially ** Weekly Pay ** Monday to Friday ** Paid Holiday **

 

As a HR Administrator, you will be providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Human Resources function of the team.

 

Your role will be solely responsible for maintaining and administering colleagues' data, by responding to requests, working with others to achieve results and supporting the HR Strategy to maximise the company's potential.

 

Key duties & responsibilities:

 



  • To provide operational HR advice, guidance and support to Managers and Colleagues within agreed scope of responsibility


  • To provide a quality administrative service and efficient support to key HR stakeholders.


  • To accurately and timely share information across the HR Service Delivery, HR Partners, and all HR departments as needed, and to use initiative and proactively contribute to the improvement of efficiency, problem resolution, and the development of the company’s policies, practises, and procedures


  • To be an active member of the team to enhance the team's ability to deliver consistent high quality service.


  • Ensure internal procedures such as, security, safety, health, and environmental responsibilities, as well as external compliance regulations and legislation, are followed.




What will the ideal candidate have?

 



  • Previous experience of working within a busy HR administrative environment and knowledge of key HR related issues and processes, is desirable.


  • Knowledge of maintaining an HRIS database such as Oracle would be beneficial


  • Strong, effective and confident communication


  • Exceptional organisational/coordinating skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise workload against competing demands


  • Ability to work independently and under pressure whilst analysing complex situations / data


  • Proven experience of working with stakeholders and managing expectations
