Our client is a market leader in their industry and has some of the most experienced consultants, designers, suppliers engineers and installers.
They are now looking for a marketing professional to take ownership of the day to day marketing functions.
Responsibilities:
Writing copy and generating content to be published in various media
Social media posting using LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
Engaging with social media queries and directing them to the right department
Writing and posting news stories to the website
Compiling and writing case studies/ project write ups based on information provided by the team
Producing print-ready artwork and designs in the house style
Updating advertising campaigns in magazines and to suggest possible new channels
Help to implement current design best practice into the business for internal communications
Compiling and sending monthly email newsletter to our subscribers based on new stories on the website
Updating content on the website as required
Producing infographics, charts, and diagrams to support the Sales Team
Skills & Experience:
Essentials:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
A higher-level diploma/degree in marketing, graphic design, digital design or equivalent
The ability to write good marketing copy
Understanding of current design principles across digital media and print
Understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Experience updating and posting to website platforms using Content Management Systems (Joomla or WordPress)
A good eye for detail and error checking
Knowledge of how to use AdobeCS6 suite or later- InDesign, illustrator, and Photoshop
Skills in designing layouts for prints (advertising, case study packs, leaflets etc)
Knowledge of digital content provision and implantation including HTML, CSS, and content managed websites
A willingness to contribute ideas to the marketing direction of the business
Be able to coordinate 3rd part providers and agencies
Ideally:
Experience of video marketing production
Ability to map the customer journey and conduct a strategic review of our marketing
